1. Information Collected by Social Internet
In general, Social Internet may collect Information in several manners – by collecting it from its Customers or by collecting it from others. In each case, Social Internet may gather Personal Information and / or anonymous information.
Information Collected From the Customer
Social Internet may collect from Customers Information, such as, full name, address, gender, age, telephone no., e-mail address, activities, interests and views and a in the case of purchase, method of payment and details thereof.
Information Collected from Third Parties
Social Internet may obtain Information about Customers from business partners and other third parties such as social platforms. When accessing or using the Services, the Customer allows Social Internet to access or collect information made available by the third party in accordance with its privacy policy.
Information Collected Automatically
Social Internet may also automatically collect Information through the Customer’s use of the Services using cookies and other technologies. This Information may include, without limitation, information about the Customer’s operating system, settings and system configurations, IP address, device model, device ID and other unique device identifiers, the webpages the Customer access within the Social Internet’s websites, the dates and times the Customer access Social Internet’s websites, and web log data.
Social Internet will retain Customer’s Personal Information only as long as is necessary for the purposes to which the Customer consent under the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, or as is required by applicable law.
2. Use of Information
Social Internet’s primary purpose in collecting Information from or about Customers is to provide its Customers with the Services. In addition, Social Internet may use Customer’s Information, Including Personal Information, to, inter alia: (a) administer Social Internet’s Services and business; (b) analyze and improve the Services; (c) enable the customer’s use of the Services; (d) personalize the Customer’s use of the Services; (e) send Customers e-mails, marketing campaigns, updates, newsletters, and special offers, and for other marketing or advertising purposes; (f) provide third parties with statistical & benchmarking information (but those third parties will not be able to identify any individual user from that information); (g) deal with enquiries and complaints made by or about Customer relating to Social Internet’s Service; (h) keep Social Internet’s Services secured and prevent fraud; (i) comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to informal requests for information from governmental authorities, and to prevent activity Social Internet determine to be potentially illegal; and (j) for the enforcement of this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use or any other purpose referenced herein or therein.
3. Disclosure of Information
Social Internet does not sell, trade, commercialize or otherwise transfer to outside parties Customer’s Personal Information without the Customer consent or as otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.
Social Internet may disclose Information, including Personal Information, to any of its employees, officers, insurers, professional advisers, agents, suppliers, distributors, partners or subcontractors, insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Social Internet may also release Information to current or future affiliates, parent companies, or subsidiaries
Social Internet may Share Information with third parties who assist Social Internet in operating the Services, conducting its business or otherwise serve Social Internet or perform functions on its behalf, provided that, those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

In the event that Social Internet (i) is acquired by or merged with another company; or (ii) sell or transfer assets to another company, Customer’s Information will likely be one of the transferred assets.
Customer’s Information will be collected, processed, stored and used by Social Internet, and if/when applicable may be passed to and processed by Social Internet’s subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies. Information contributed by or collected from Customers may be stored and processed in any country in which Social Internet or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities. By using the Services, the Customer hereby acknowledge and agree that the Customer may be transferring Information, including Personal Information, outside of the country in which the Customer have contributed it, and that the Customer consent to any such transfer of Information outside of the Customer’s country to a country that may not offer the same level of protection for Information as the country in which the Customer reside.
5. Access to Customer’s Information
Customer shall have the right to know what Personal Information Social Internet collect about the Customer and to ensure that such data is accurate and relevant for the purposes for which Social Internet collected it. Social Internet allows its users the option to access, change or modify information previously provided. This may be done through the sending of a request to that effect to info@social-internet.co
6. Opt Out
If Customer prefers not to receive newsletters or other marketing e-mails from Social Internet, Customer shall notify Social Internet by clicking on the unsubscribe link within any newsletter or marketing e-mail the Customer receives or on the profile page in the platform. Such requests will pot out the Customer in effect.
7. Security
Social Internet takes security measures to help safeguard Customer’s Personal Information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. Therefore, although Social Internet takes steps to secure Customer’s Information, Social Internet do not promise, and Customer should not expect, that Customer’s Personal Information, activities, or other communications will always remain secure. Social Internet are taking all reasonable technical precautions in order to prevent, as much as possible, any misuse, alteration or loss of Customer’s Personal Information.
8. Children's Privacy
Social Internet restrict the use of the Services by individuals age 18 and above. Social Internet does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 or depending on the country or local law will need the parent consent so the underage can work with the system.
9. Acceptance of Privacy Policy
The Customer’s use of the Services, including any dispute concerning privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and the applicable Terms of Use . BY USING THE SERVICES, THE CUSTOMER IS ACCEPTING THE PRACTICES SET OUT IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE APPLICABLE TERMS OF USE.

SOCIAL INTERNET EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACHES OF SECURITY, DAMAGE TO THE CUSTOMER’S DEVICE, OR ANY LOSS OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE CUSTOMER’S INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER DATA. BY USING THE SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT SOCIAL INTERNET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DISCLOSURE OF CUSTOMER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION MADE BY THE CUSTOMER TO A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE SERVICES. THE CUSTOMER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET IS INHERENTLY INSECURE, AND SOCIAL INTERNET CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OF DATA SENT OVER THE INTERNET.
